Mother's Day Surprise

Mommy Sara said, "Look at my crying face. You surprised me!"
I thought crying is just an exaggeration. But then she said it again, she cried a lot, so did daddy. I was finally able to believe, yes they cried for it and we are still that important for each other.

Advised by Brazilian friends, "Cesta de Cafe da Manha (translated as Breakfast Basket)" is what they like to give for mother's day. A basket basically includes some cookies, chocolates, fruits and so on. I chose a special one with a little pillow and a mug, in order to leave something after all snacks are finished.
By a friend's assistance, the basket was ordered online and directly delivered to the house on Sunday morning. The surprise went very successful and touched my mom's heart.
*There are also Afternoon Tea Basket, Chocolate Basket... Baskets are not only applied to mother's day but also to birthday or any other special days.
From Taiwanese view, people may doubt the intention to give mothers many sweets because it seems unhealthy. However, from Brazilian view, everybody will be happy to receive sweets, including moms. They are fans of sweets!
